Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love what you buy. And we also understand sometimes it doesn't work out. We are unable to give product refunds but you can exchange unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase with receipt for other product or store credit. Some restrictions may apply. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore please use an insured and trackable mail service. Before mailing an item back, please give us a heads up via email at info@overtspace.com to request a return authorization. Include details on the order number and item(s) you wish to return. If by some chance your product is defective, we'll gladly work with you & the designer to get a replacement.
