Artist Statement:

My art blends abstract, figurative and symbolic elements. I explore the mysterious journeys of the human mind, including the role of subconscious, primordial instincts, and the presence of natural forces that are invisible to human eyes but can somehow be sensed. The stories that I tell come from dreams, curiosity and the desire to make the world a better place. My artwork is highly exploratory in terms of both media and subject matter. I often combine watercolor, inks, iridescent particles, graphite, charcoal, chalk and oils, and take advantage of their peculiar chemical and physical properties to achieve novel visual effects.
