Artist Statement:

Color combinations drive Pinar’s creative process and the frequent urge of capturing the image formed in her mind. It is common to see a fusion of simplicity and intricacy blended in one piece to create a delicate design, while another may express itself through bold colors and structured forms. Using materials like beads, thread and paper, Pinar forms dimension and texture that brings depth to her art. Pinar avoids defining her art as she sees it as restrictive. Instead, she prefers that the audience finds their own meaning in her pieces.
