"Arachnically Correct" footwear.
These are mounted in a handmade poplar 10x10" stained black shadowbox frame using t-pins. Accurately sized for a tarantula, these are freshly laundred and hung on a clothesline for your tarantula friend. The background will be the flax linen version.
They are intended to emulate a mounted butterfly or exotic insect - the combination of seriousness (scientific accuracy, mounted metal bookplate with latin name, background lined with natural linen) and humor (tarantulaundry!) makes these especially fun to display. The frame has picture wire for hanging.
